For my birthday party me and Isla went to watch the film,(12a), not watching the kissing scene. It is personally the best film ever yet, I loved it so much That I read the first book and on the second one out of three. I have the whole collection:

  • tales of the peculiar
  • Miss Peregrine’s home for peculiar children
  • hollow city
  • library of souls
  • a pencil-case
  • a journal
  • the art of a Tim Burton film miss peregrine’s home for peculiar children

The book is completely different to the film. It does build a brilliant image in your mind. here are the character’s name and peculiarity,

  • The twins, they can turn people to stone with one glance.
  • Miss Claire (known as Claire) has a mouth at the back of the head.
  • Bronwyn, is as strong as ten men.
  • Fiona, nature is her peculiarity.
  •  Hugh, has bees living in him.
  • Millard is invisible.
  • Horace can project the future through dreams which come out his eye.
  • Jake can see the invisible monsters but can’t see Millard.
  • Emma has air as well as the fact that she is lighter than air.
  • Enoch can bring objects alive, it might seem gross but it isn’t
  • Olive, can produce heat and a flame out of both her hands.

Out of all f them my favorite is Olive. In the book by Ransom Riggs Emma is called Olive and Olive is called Emma.
